You need to incorporate good SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) into your site, and use SEO to push your site from obscurity on to page 1 of Google (the most important place to be online right now).

Whether you currently own a site or not I can help. if you own your own site, I can analyze your site and talk about improvements to make it more “SEO-friendly” and then I can outline a schedule of promotional efforts, both on your site, and off the site that will ultimately push the site higher in the search engine rankings.
If you don’t yet own a site, or want a better performing site, I can take care of everything for you. One of my clients was unhappy with his current site builder. The site builder managed to get the site to position 1 in Google, but the client wanted to be able to edit the site for himself, add text whenever he wanted, images and price updates.

Package 1: The full works – your site on page 1 of Google
£399
Aim of this package: A website I have designed and built for you, and have enabled it to reach page 1 of Google, normally within 2 months.
- One phrase targeted and promoted until the above result is attained.
- All fees included. Nothing else to pay whatsoever for the first year.
- Hosting included for 12 months (Then £20 per year thereafter, depending on amount of traffic this may rise).
- Domain name registration included (Approximately £10 per year thereafter).
With this package, everything is included to build you a website, conduct market research to find the best phrases for your site, or choose a phrase of your own that I feel the site can rank for, make the site SEO friendly, and promote the site until it reaches page 1 of Google. If a phrase requires excessive promotion I will notify you beforehand as additional work may be needed, however in most cases there are no problems.
This really is “everything” from concept to completion.
Working with you, I will identify and confirm various search phrases people use to find sites like yours, and then I will analyze those phrases to work out which ones I can get you ranked for.
I will then work with one phrase, and build your site around that phrase.
The website name(domain name) will be purchased, the hosting will be included for one year, and your site will be created along with any necessary graphics.
You can supply any photo’s/videos/audios if you wish and these will be added (limited).

Aim of this package is to achieve everything from package 1, but with an added bonus of I will continue to promote the website on a monthly basis. I will locate 1 new search phrase each month and work to promote it for you, plus maintain the existing search phrase(s) you rank for to ensure they stay on page 1 of Google. This means that the whole side of your web-presence is completely taken care of. It literally is a hands-off solution. Each month your website’s presence will gradually” thicken up” and appear in the Google search engine results page for different phrases. This will lead to more phone calls and customer enquiries.
Comes with a monthly report on progress.
Package 3: Additional phrases
£30 per phrase
Aim of this package is to identify additional phrases that you wish to rank for. You can choose package 1 with no monthly fee, and then contact me from time to time and ask me to find and promote a new phrase for your site, or you can ask me to locate as many phrases as you want and ask me to work on multiple sets of phrases at the same time. For each phrase I will work to ensure your website reaches page 1 when people type that phrase into Google.
Package 4: The Full Works – your site on page 1 of Google – Monthly Option
£75 per month “all in”
Aim of this page is to build you a site, and achieve everything in package 1, i.e. get the site to page 1 in Google for one search phrase. Each month I will introduce a new search phrase and work on promoting that for you. I will continue to monitor the existing phrases at the same time. This option means you don’t have to pay the upfront £399 fee you get with package 1, and still allows your business to grow.
This, as with package 2 is a complete solution for you. A low monthly cost of £75 gets you a website on page 1 of Google, and continuous ongoing promotion to grow the sites online presence.
The hosting and domain name renewal is included.
Basically the whole aspect of owning a website, promoting it, and growing your web-presence is completely taken care of, hands-free with no effort needed on your behalf.

Package 5: Hire my company
£40 per hour.
You can use my services of “S J Baird” at a rate of £40 per hour for any website/marketing/writing requirement you may have.
